Shipping
We ship sneakers inside the United States only. Standard shipping is free on every order. Most orders leave within 1–2 business days in a boxed parcel.
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days when offered at checkout
You receive tracking when the carrier scans the box. If we cannot ship on time we email you before the promised window.
Returns
Unworn shoes in original condition, with the box, may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start a return from your order email or the Contact page. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the pair arrived damaged or incorrect.
Worn shoes, missing boxes, and final-sale pairs cannot be returned.
